How to avoid Bans on Halo: Reach

Just a thought, but...

play the game normally and nothing will happen to you, lol.

"Normally" is hard to define due to different opinions on it. Some think that "normally" means that they can spawn trap and boost. This thread is for those who have no idea whatsoever what the rules are.

What about those people that try and host boot or claim that they host boot?

If its the same as Halo 3, they get a 1 week ip console and account ban for first offence, and if they do it again its a permanent console and usually account ban. Deffinately not worth it in my opinion.

First off, a ban for literally anything other than actual hacking or extreme language, is a pile of s**t. Second, the fact that those type of bans even exist is a testament to how truly pathetic the security is, not to mention the overwhelming lack of decent and secure network coding. Lastly not sure if the geniuses at 343 or even at Microsoft were aware of this, or if there head was to far up their....., but anyone who has Jtag'ed or RGH'ed their console can UNBAN THEMSELVES in about 10 minutes, and btw that means perma-ban, console-ban, account-ban, or w/e else there is out there, doesn't mean s**t to anyone with a modded console. Lmao, so thumbs up on your childish ban policies, I'm actually embarrassed for you, make sure you rule with an iron fist and keep the match quitters in line....
