  1. They can't, we won't be selling it. The game will be a free-to-play.
  2. I would absolutely love to help, I have been writing code in .NET for quite some time now (4 and a half years) and have extensive knowledge regarding C#, VB, and many more!
  3. A lawsuit would just bring bad publicity to Microsoft, this exploit has not become very public and something like a lawsuit would most definitely hit the streets and it would happen fast.
  4. This can be considered counterfeit which could literally have the secret service at your door. This exploit is very illegal and what makes it worse is the guy Domo is selling it with his online service. I wouldn't say all people using hacked consoles should be banned, I use them and I find them easier to get around, I like customizability so for my consoles I only use offline they all run Freestyle Dash. If you don't know what this is I suggest you look it up, it's really cool.
  5. I honestly never knew how bad life was in Florida until I took a 16 day vacation to Albertslund, Denmark. See you around
  6. Not bad, certainly better than I could do. I recommend sanding down the stuff before painting and use a nice thin coat of spray paint instead of the brush.
  7. Sounds good, me and a another friend are doing Halo cosplays. He is very tall (around 6.5 ft) and has a mega deep voice so we agreed he would be doing master chief and I am going to get a Halo 3 Hayabusa build. Another friend of ours is going as a stormtrooper because he isn't the biggest Halo fan around.
  8. Recently a few people in the modding scene that I know found a exploit in the 'Guide.MP.Purchase.xex' and 'xam.xex' that allows users with hacked consoles to edit a few offsets in memory and POOF, you now have $1337.00 in MSP spoofed to your account. Luckily this has been kept private for a few dashboards but the admin (Domo) of Xbox Live Hammer recently added this to his online server. Now anyone running the XBLHammer online files and that purchases online time from him will have spoofed Microsoft Points. Luckily this exploit is only available to people with hacked consoles (JTAG, RGH-1, RGH-2, R-JTAG) but this has been a problem for Microsoft. Microsoft is now aware of the issue and will more than likely be issuing a system update in the near future resolving this exploit. What are your guys' thoughts?
  9. The Xbox One isn't as bad as the media makes it out to be. It is a great buy and if it means I am getting the next Halo... Shut up and take my money.
  10. Looking at this from a programmers perspective they would more than likely lose money doing this and I am sure Microsoft is a big influence for them not to do it. In order for the game to run on both the 360 and the One there engine would need to compile 2 seperate executables that run on completely different architectures. The Xbox 360 runs .xex (Xenon Executable) and has a IBM PowerPC processing unit which reads from the PowerPC assembly language. The Xbox One runs .xvd (I think, still not sure) and has a standard x86 processing unit which reads the standard assembly language. While both processing units are 32-bit they are still much to different. It would cost them too much money to have the engine compile a seperate version for the 360. Even if they did they would have to have seperate models with less graphic fidelity then the ones of the Xbox One. There is a major power gap between the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One that people don't really understand, the 360 simply cannot run this game. Microsoft has more than likely encouraged them not to do this anyways because think of it like this. I am a budget gamer, I have very little to spend on games but when something like Halo comes along I always make an exception. I not only would purchase MCC but I would also purchase an Xbox One seeing as I don't already have one. This means $60 profit for 343 and $400 profit for Microsoft just from me. There are loads of people that I know personally that are buying an Xbox One just for this game and I know there are loads more people out there doing the same. MCC on the 360 is a nice idea but it's just not going to happen.
  11. In all honesty I was very disappointed with Halo Wars, I thought the Cinematics were absolutely amazing but they actually made the gameplay itself seem very dull. Either way I really don't like those types of games. Either way, Neither Bungie or 343 made the game so I wouldn't expect a sequel to come from them and hopefully a sequel won't come at all.
  12. Thanks, I will keep a look out for you in the shoutbox aswell
  13. Hi, you may have seen me on other forums like 7S and HF but I decided to join up here to see whats up. A little bit about me: - I am 15 years old. - I have been playing Halo since I was about 4. I still love the series, I have tons of collectables too! - I am a software programmer (I know C, C++, C#, VB, GSC, and I do a bit Batch here an there). - I am a reverse engineer (this is sorta how I became 'modder famous', I used to mod Halo 2 for fun with friends but the past 3 years I have made mod menu's for all Call of Duty games (I really hate COD now -.-) but I mainly focus on GTA V modding, its more fun then most other games). - I am a whitehat hacker (I practice my pentesting every now and then but I have veered away from it until I start researching Network Security and Cryptography when I get into college). - I am a social engineer (I rarely do this because most of it is pretty illegal but I have gotten some pretty expensive stuff for free (nothing Halo, I support Bungie & 343 so I pay for all of that stuff)). I am also looking into creating spartan suits (I want to make a full blown Halo 3 Hayabusa build for Animate! this November). Been watching DaFrontlineTrooper on YT for like 2 years now but I don't have money for all of the materials nor do I have the same artistic ability as him.
