Ok, if you don't want to believe the description of the video, of the official YouTube channel of Halo, then take a look at this news article written by Chris Lee, the Studio Head of 343 Industries. He doesn't specifically mention Infinite being on windows, but he includes the official game engine demo announcement trailer for Halo Infinite on the official Xbox YouTube channel. On that video, the description, again, is literally the same, word by word. The only difference is that the first video I provided has 5 million views, where as the Official Xbox trailer has 1 million. They're both official. Well, with their announcement of Project X-Cloud, and confirmation that Infinite will be on Windows, I will say it will be on all mobile devices and Xbox consoles. So, literally everything minus the Switch, PS4/5, and Mac.

He would accomplish this by flying around the world in 80 days, mixing the atmosphere with a biological chemical that would plunge humanity into a bitter deep sleep, infecting the brain with a deadly virus which simultaneously causes extreme nightmares, and melts it in an excruciating painful manner. This would leave the animals that were enslaved by the former living rulers a peaceful world, one of no war, famine, hunger, and an advanced evolution to surpass humanity in a dramatic new frontier of global happiness, world peace, and tier 3 technological capabilities. I just finished all of Ultimate Alien...let's just say I disown the rest of the series after that, and the reboot as well. I cannot for the life of me stand to watch any of Omniverse or the Reboot in 2016 because of the animation.

Nah, it was his right hand man, the guy with one normal eye, and the other completely white. He had a scar on his face. Drowned the guy with the radio active stuff that turned powers into the glowy green guy.
