i like the idea of a counter sniper weapon but i think since it does little damage people wouldn't use it alot, if it took 2 shot against a shielded opponent and one shot unshielded opponents it would be better, it should still keep the small explosions and only do damage when it explodes so it'll will take a second for the enemy to get hurt

but noble 6 was rated hyper lethal vector the only other know spartan with that rating is the chief, so who ever would join noble in place of six wouldn't have done as good
