If it isn't there, lag may have been involved in stopping you get it.
For example, when a black screen occurs, it can stop you spree and you have to restart.

Your spree doesn't have to do anything with the perfection, The commendation/medal describes that you simply need 15 kills without deaths. Black Screen or not It should be on commendations, the medals don't exist no more on Halo 4.

17-0 isn't that good anyway: I have got before 35-0 and I didn't get a freaking commendation or award!!

yesterday i played swat on hangout i believe (the lockout remake) and went 17-0, and didnt receive a perfection accommodation needless to say im a bit upset about this, and yes i have the replay and its uploaded to my file share. It would be much appreciated if someone would take the time to look into this for me, as its hard to get a perfection! Thanks Oragami1337 ^gamertag -
