    People in my city are morons, the news says we are going to get three inches of rain and 60 mile per hour winds. What do they do? They panic and start fortifying their houses. lulz While I'm not afraid of a little rain and wind, it shows how wimpy most Californians are. Look at the guys on the East Coast. I'm sure they'd like warm weather and some rain.
