What is stronger a spartan 2 or a spartan 4?

If 4 is stronger it will make chief look dated and slow wont it.

I say a spartan 2 is stronger since, halsey wasn't careful that much on how much it would affect them and didn't run as many tests but I think on a spartan 4 they were a lot more careful and used some other stuff to make them stronger, over all I think spartan 2's are stronger

I think Spartan 2's are strong you know but Spartan 4's are just a bit better. Not sure on that though. Their the most advanced ones and i am not saying their better than the chief.

343 said somewhere that they were the most advanced. I don't know what they meant by that. strength speed, agility or slimmer armour and better reactions. They didn't specify. I'd like to think that chief was in the best class of spartan.
