Debates often lead to individual attacks, and I believe that is something they are trying to prevent here on this forum. Debates don't happen to often here, mainly because we respect each others views regardless if we agree with them or not. However when trolls and such come in to cause friction and arguments just because they want to, that is not really tolerated here. So really, it's not that there are no debates here... it's that we still respect each other regardless of ones beliefs or views.
