Spectral Jester
I remember wasting many a 50 pence piece on The Simpsons Arcade Game in a pre-smoking ban pub back in the day, so the possibility of it coming back on the Xbox Live Arcade is something we'd relish enormously. According to a rating on the Australian Classification Board, The Simpsons Arcade Game might well be coming to XBLA. And like X-Men Arcade for XBLA before it, developer Backbone Entertainment will be handling the game, if the listing is anything to go by, meaning that the possibility of another perfect collaboration between Backbone and Konami could be on the cards. If Backbone can repeat the bang up job it did on X-Men Arcade, and this turns out to be kosher, then we could be looking at a port of one of our most fondly remembered arcade games. We'll have more info on The Simpsons Arcade Game when we get it.
