If you're talking about the free month of XBL then that's been added to your subscription already and you can check that by viewing the expiration date on xbox.com. Microsoft definitely did not tell you to come here and if they did then they were mistaken. If they said to reach 343 Industries on their official site then you want halowaypoint.com If you're talking about Halo 3: ODST for free then you have to wait until next month. Microsoft support is just stupid and doesn't know the correct website. But Waypoint is your best shot. Not here. We can't help you, we're just a community. You are welcome to stay here because we have a friendly community willing to help you with any issues you face but Halo Waypoint (halowaypoint.com) is the official site for 343 Industries.
