Jokes aside, you would have to get an answer from 343's official website at Halo Waypoint. Keep in mind that no game is perfect at launch (as seen with Battlefield 4), and we've heard from quite a number of (angry) users already discussing various bugs that we cannot do anything about as we're just a fan community. In due time, 343 will be able to work the kinks out; until such time, players just need to have patience. Also, it's worth noting that the high amount of traffic will slow things down on the servers quite a bit.
