AC Unity and Rogue connection speculation thread!

Hey guys so I was thinking about how Rogue and Unity have some sort of connection, the connection appears:

At the start of Unity

Towards the end of Rogue

 

having just one part of the connection doesn't answer the full deal so I am wondering what if Shay is Arno's father? it's crazy I know but think about it Shay isn't dead from what we know so far and Arno's father isn't named as of yet either. and Arno is born in 1768 not even a decade after Rogue ends so Arno's birth could be the Rogue part of the mystery/connection and Arno's father/Shay's death would most likely be the AC Unity side of it since Arno's father dies quite early on in the game.

Here is a screenshot of what is most likely Arno's father while he is still alive and it does sort of resemble Shay but we don't get a good look at the right side of his face to see if the scar is there or not.

 

what are your guys thoughts on the connection? what do you think it could be? let me know below

Now this gets crazy.....

 

Arnos father ( an Asassin ) gets killed by a Templar ( Shay ) Shay seeing Arnos talent ( like that guy killing Edward to get Haythem )  decides to adopt Arno as his son.

 

Years later Connor  ( Haythems son ) assassinates Shay.

 

I don't know..... just seems pretty cool to me and a nice way to round it off.

 

Of course later Arno could find out Connor was his killer or something like that. So hopefully Connor plays a role in the game.
