I bet they will. The Xbox 360 is compatible with most Xbox games. I see no reason why the next one wouldnt. Oh. and there are rumors of the xbox 720. Google it. The technology has come a long way since the 360 was first released and I see no reason why you should not be able to play Halo CE in the newest version of the XBOX. Plus the 360 is capable of 1080p and 5.1 dolby so it will still be a "High Tech" system when the 720 comes out. More so than the xbox vs the 360.
