I'd join, but I recently joined Red Born Clan. Good luck though! Along with that, send out messages over Xbox live if you enjoyed playing with a certain person, advertise. Make sure you know when you are going to be on and make that day a day for meetings and game nights. Setup a night were everyone can play not just a few of them.
