If you go to Halo Waypoint, you can get in touch with some of 343 Industries' staff. You could also work on a strategy to take down whoever is holding the Incineration Cannon. Just try to take the carrier out from a distance or wait until he runs out of ammo, throw youself between him and the flag or use team work to take him out while he reloads.
