HDMI Port not working

So I was moving my Xbox from one room to another, and I began to set it up, but when I turned the TV on, nothing.

 

So I pulled the Hdmi cable out of the back of my Xbox, and plugged it into my Bluray player, and it worked.

 

Since it's not my cable, I'm wondering if there's any way I can fix this problem.

Try cleaning the port out on both ends.

Try a new cord, just because one works with the bluray, doesn't mean another won't work with the Xbox.

Try different HDMI ports in the TV, to fully test all ports.

I cleaned out the HDMI Port, tried 2 other HDMI cables, and a total of three HDMI ports on TV's, but still no luck.

Call Xbox support or look online for this issue. Perhaps they could help further good luck with everything Zebra! Due to my recording setup I don't use HDMI just HD components so you tried everything I would try.

this happened to me

 

all i had to do is move the hdmi cable around in my xbox until I found a sweet spot.

Then i taped it there.

Buy a replacement port here and use this

to help do it. Pins snap off or bend back and render port useless.
