If anything if that's real it's a mod, and not something 343 would likely support. Though since Halo 3 is being released for free in like a month on XBL there will be a population jump, and 343 might do something but I highly doubt it. They aren't playful when it comes to that kinda stuff, cause it don't fit lore.
