The thing is he is glowing blue and moving at a high rate of speed whats up with that. Tallgeese Posted October 24, 2012 Report Share Posted October 24, 2012 Blue is Movement Speed, Green is Overshield, and Red is Damage Boost. As the above posted they are the 3 powerups that drop with your Ordinance drop. It will be random depending on the map and gametype as to which one is in your ordinance drop.
