Just a little Reminder....

Look everyone, I know its been busy lately on here, but we all need to tone it down some. For the last few days, the shout box has sadden me greatly. I am seeing allot of fights being picked, allot of accusations, threats of being reported, allot of insults, and allot of name calling. This is suppose to be a friendly site. This site isn't suppose to act like this. We as a community need to relax a bit. I am not trying to act like a backseat moderator, but things do need to be toned down. Remember the rules, and follow them. Come on guys and gals, please stop with the fighting and the other things that make this site look bad. Lets all calm down. Lets not make the moderators job harder than it already is. Moderators are here to swing the banhammer, but its up to us to control our own selves. And to help clear up any issue's that may arise with or with out another member. No need to be mean and harsh. There is no need to make sure someone else's feelings are getting hurt. So please everyone, just relax and let's not get worked up over the little things.

I totally agree to this. Even some of the newest members get banned because of arguing, name calling and other things. Everyone has to get used to each other.

Agreed entirely, members just don't know when enough is enough. They should learn, make this better for the majority of us, who want a happy place to be. If you don't like the rules, don't talk

We have a process for shout box bans, 15 minutes, then 1 hour, then 24 hour, then finally permanent.

Whilst we like to allow as much freedom as possible in the shout box, when fellow members post a thread like this we as moderators must sit up and take notice.

So All Members regardless of name color or rank will fall under this ban process.

If you have to argue take it to PM or XBL.

If you see an argument report the members involved and move on, by getting involved yourself you are no better than the people arguing.

From what i've seen, the shoutbox has been fine...but, its quite often when we partner with someone a few subscribers from their youtube videos or bad apples get through and try to cause trouble, its nothing to worry about and it will stop soon enough.
