  3. How Much of Your Early Childhood Do You Remember?

    I remember quite a bit, but I don't think there's anything that comes to mind before I was 4. I remember when I was told I was going to enroll in Kindergarden when I was 4. I remember watching Attack of the Clones on VHS in an apartment, and I also remember sitting in my mom's van while some guy was trying to rob it: a guy who came to the realization that I was in the car before bolting off. It was late at night, and we chased that guy around the town, but eventually lost him.

     

    I also vividly remember running up some steps and smashing my left brow on the edge of one, enough to show bone in fact when I was 5 or 6. Didn't hurt at all, but I saw a pic taken like a week later and I had a humongous black scab on my eyebrow, but I was sitting there digging in the dirt with a dumb smile on my face.

     

    One of the funniest things I don't remember is that one of my long-time school friends liked to constantly remind me that I used to call him "Dumpster Breath" before we became friends in Elementary School lol.

    Lol, that's awesome. I had some funny stories to tell growing up too, lol. Although, it's just bits and pieces of things nowadays.

    Assault rifle needs to be like Halo CE again, no questions asked.

     

    As for the Shotgun ammo, I don't see much of a difference personally but I think giving it too much ammo would make gameplay unbalanced.

     

    3 weapons from the start I can see possibly being in Halo Infinite, sure. (AR, BR, Magnum)

    Not likely, 343 said Infinite will be focused on Master Chief, I can't imagine blue team playing a big roll here (if any).

     

    One could argue though a game with just the Chief is kind of past us now, sure. Story wise though I'm betting he will be the only playable character in Campaign.

     

    Now, will Blue Team come back in Halo: Infinite? I'm not saying it's impossible but I'm not sure what Blue Team would do story wise, as far as I'm aware most people disliked the team aspect of Halo 5's campaign.

     

     

    All in all though it's just speculation, I hope Chief will get more help to combat Cortana but in the end who's to say.

    I honestly would not mind going a Halo Reach style unlock system, using credits (CR) and rank level makes SO MUCH more sense than a RNG gamble.

     

    The thing about it though looking at the game from a profit standpoint you know they will have some sort of a loot-box system integrated with it, which honestly scares me.. If I wanna rock CQB or Recon I shouldn't have to fork out 9 euros for it, it's absolutely absurd when it should have just been a unshockable item in the first place.

     

    I have many problems with the way the unlock system works in Halo 5 and I just hope they find a better solution that meets the communities needs.

  21. How Do You Feel About The Future of Halo? (Quick Poll)

    I think it's far too early in 343's journey to decide the course of the series. I really think that Halo: Infinite could be the turning point, hopefully, for the better. What do you think, Melody? 

    I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Infinite turns the Halo series around for the better, I have higher hopes for this game than I did for Halo 5. Certainly hope I'm not disappointed but 343 seems to be catering towards the older fan-base which, in turn can be a wonderful thing, and also a terrible thing; here's why.

     

    If the newer fan-base grown attached to spartan abilities and the newer-old 343 art style then naturally they might reject Infinite, this is something that scares me.. Our current fan-base for Halo has been dwindling for years now, I fear if 343 doesn't deliver this time I feel as though a good chunk of the community will lose hope.. and honestly nobody wants that.

     

    I do have hope in 343 this time around however, Halo needs to go back to it's roots very badly. It's something the older community has been craving for a while now, in addition to a PC port (which was confirmed by Micro$oft already)

     

    I think it has potential but again, like you said H6F, only time will tell. ^_^
