  1. Oh. Well, no need to edit the post, all I put was "a civilian who pretended to be Mafia for fun" which is true either way.
  2. Throwing a heavy object is easier than catching one. I portrayed us with roughly equal strength.
  3. ...Damn it! Fishy was a civilian helping the Mafia because he thought it would be fun...just like he said in the shoutbox. That does explain why a group of people in which some certainly had to be Mafia voted for him... Oh well. By that time it would have been too late to change votes. And a double agent is no help to us. Oh, and if you guys really want a rewrite of the scene, here it is. Disclaimer: I am not pretending to be a better writer than JL when he is actually trying. --- "Where is the executioner?!" Delpen yelled out. "We have two executions here!" Caboose's ghost zipped around the town, poking its head in every building it passed. "Nope, nope, nope...gah, I need some cookies to keep searching like this." "You can't even eat," Mayhem said. Axilus Prime, tired of waiting, walked around the town. He looked at everyone without moving his head, his eyes hidden behind his shadowy black visor. His eyes fixed on one person, though he did not walk toward her. Rather, he walked right by her, but still looked at her through the corner of his eye. therubyprincess found a Spartan's tight grip around her neck. She struggled, though she couldn't help but be dragged to the noose. "He's gonna do it himself?" Aiden thought aloud. "Hang her by her entrails!" Ruby's ghost yelled out. "Let's finally kill one of these Mafia scum!" Axilus pulled out his M6G pistol and fired it 3 times into the air. The crowd's yelling stopped. "therubyprincess. On charges of being suspected Mafia and having a name that cannot be grammatically correct, you are hereby sentenced on this, the eighth or ninth day of the fourth month, depending on your time zone, which is strange because we all live in the same town, to hang by the neck until death." He tightened the rope around her neck. Still, she did not hang, because her feet touched the floor of the platform. "No entrails?" Ruby's ghost sighed. Axilus pulled out an Energy Sword and cut a square in the platform. therubyprincess' weight pushed the square down, and she dropped, now choking on the rope tied around her neck. She coughed and sputtered, slightly foaming at the mouth, until finally, her whole body went limp. Her ID fell out of her pocket, and Axilus picked it up. "Citizens," he said, "we have let a Mafia hang." Cheers erupted from the whole crowd, save for the newest ghost. Which cheers were dishonest remained to be seen. "Now let's hang FISHY!" Delpen grabbed a large fish from the crowd and threw him to Axilus. Axilus caught the fish, whose weight and momentum knocked him over. --- I am in no way insinuating that Fishy is fat. I simply think a fish with the height of a human would be quite heavy. --- "Argh..." Axilus got up, then tried to tie a rope around Fishy's neck. That was rather difficult when there was no neck to speak of, and the rope just slid off. "Ok..." Ruby's ghost spoke up again. "Entrails...?" Axilus simply held Fishy down. "On this, the whateverth day of the fourth month, you are hereby sentenced on charges of being suspected Mafia and lacking a neck, to be stabbed in the head." He activated his energy sword again. Fishy did not speak or struggle. He simply stared blankly at Axilus. As the sword came down, his face changed. When his ID fell out from between some scales, Fishy died with a smile. Axilus looked at the ID. "No..." The crowd anxiously looked at him. He tossed the ID to them. Fishy, a civilian who only pretended to be Mafia for fun, was dead. As Axilus descended the stairs from the platform, a house with an open window caught his attention. Playing Titanfall on his Xbox 360 sat the GM himself. For a second they made eye contact, and the GM smiled with amusement. Axilus kept that to himself. "It's not over. We must let all the Mafia die."
  4. Then I change my second vote from Biggles to Fishy.
  5. Are we not allowed to vote for people who aren't on the suspect list?
  6. Except both sides are revealed, and the pro-town is still the majority. I did learn a valuable lesson for next time though. I was too easily trusting.
  7. Chaos. Utter chaos. The Mafia organization lies in shambles now. They're basically voting at random. I'd say Pro-town has won. But it doesn't feel like a victory, at least to me. However sound the logic in my final argument may have been, it amounts to little when the Mafia basically destroyed themselves. A deception well done, Bnus and Fishy. Though I fear the flaming it ignited ruined the fun of the game for many people. I am neutral on the matter. I guess now we just...let all the Mafia die.
  8. (Sigh) This has sort of become an accusatory flame war. Maybe we should start Mafia 3.0. But in the event JL wants to see this through, I'm still gonna try to win 2.0.
  9. Bnus, who was seen being baked Caboose the Ace, who was seen wearing a jacket Coldfreeze, who's name was Coldfreeze Ruby Rose, who's sister died on the same day The first suspect list. 3 people here are DEAD. Bnus is Mafia. Whether he has betrayed the Mafia or not, I don't know. But now I see. Bnus is Mafia. Fishy is innocent. However, Bnus gave his voting abilities to Caboose, so killing him is not a priority. I say we all vote Biggles. The detective said he's Mafia. First vote: therubyprincess Second vote: Biggles
  10. which was horribly, deafeningly bad.
  11. Will the real detective please stand up? And message me? Whoever you are, you can trust me because I was attacked by the Mafia. We have limited time to pull this off, the investigation info needs to be relayed to the public extremely fast or we'll end up voting blind. And that would be counterproductive to all those who are pro-town, most of all you.
  12. Stop claiming to be the moderator, there is no shame in being a civilian.
  13. Do not, I repeat, do not vote for Delpen. He isn't the moderator, but he has proven to me that he is innocent. You all know you can trust me because the Mafia just attempted to kill me. Anyone who votes for Delpen after this post is Mafia.
  14. Delpen, confirming yourself as pro-town is good. Confirming yourself as the moderator paints a bulls-eye on your head.
  15. I don't think the Mafia can target themselves. That'd be counterproductive unless the medic was anti-town, which is obviously impossible. Now, since I just realized I've been cleared of suspicion... Detective, PM me now with the names you investigated and the outcomes. We have limited time to pull this off, so get to it or we may be screwed.
  16. ...whoops, just remembered that the sniper only acts every two nights. Sorry about that.
  17. Not sure why I was written as such a...strange...character. Oh well. The sniper, it seems, has decided not to shoot anyone. The Mafia, as expected, did want me dead. Now without a suspect list, we are free to vote for whoever we wish... I say we wait for Ruby to relay the Detective's two investigations to us, then vote.
  18. Who would want to cover up who is Mafia except the Mafia? And also who would know who's pro-town and anti-town except the Mafia?
