It stretches around a central chamber area which is a big hotspot on the map for both the top and bottom floors. There is a gravity lift at the edge of the back courtyard that sends you to a platform close to the center of the map. It consists of a large courtyard that is spread thin around the borders of the map. From the background images, you can see that I used rocks as well as base stripes to create pine trees. Unfortunately, those can only be applied on Ravine. The inside of the map is a simple room layout. There is also a back room which gives you a nice view at the main courtyard of the map.   4. GT: IR3CON ST34LTH Map: Seahorse Gametypes: Slayer, FFA, KOTH, Oddball, Regicide, CTF, Flood Description: Seahorse is a medium sized forerunner map placed upon the seaside of ravine. It consists of an outdoor as well as an indoor courtyard. There is a lower section with a passage that leads around the map. Half way down that passage is an underground corridor which also connects the two courtyards. The focus of the map is the top section where the incineration cannon will spawn.   9. GT: IR3CON ST34LTH Map: Iron Harbor Gametypes: Slayer, FFA, KOTH, Flood, CTF Description: Iron Harbor is a large industrial warehouse map. It consists of 4 main buildings which are 2 bases for Red and Blue team as well as a warehouse that is connected with the red base by tunnels. The green base sits closer towards the blue base. Each base gets 2 mongooses and there is a neutral ghost. I do not see many competitive maps that try to include vehicles so I wanted to change that a bit. There is also a small tunnel leading under the Rocket Launcher spawn As well as that, the Sniper Rifle spawns are great sights to snipe from; however the higher grounds have fusion coils placed upon which means a well placed grenade can take you out. For the power weapons, there are: 1 Needler per base 1 Sniper Rifle per base 2 Plasma Grenades per base 1 Shotgun 1 Energy Sword 2 Battle Rifles 2 Pulse grenades 1 Saw 1 Rocket Launcher 1 Sticky Detonator (Delayed drop) Images:
  10. GT: IR3CON ST34LTH Map: Trocadero Gametypes: Flood, CTF, Slayer, FFA, KOTH, Oddball. Recommended party size: 6-12 Description: Trocadero is an abandoned arcade based on the London's Trocadero center. The map consists of 3 floors. The ground floor is a large area with a few power weapons as well as power ups. Including a beam rifle and an energy sword. There is a small arcade room, a bathroom as well is a storage area which connects to a broken corridor that leads back to the central part of the map. The second floor is the largest. It contains a sticky detonator as well as a rail gun at either sides of the floor. A damage boost and an over shield are present at the opposite rooms. Close to them are also the flag locations in CTF. The 3rd floor is a small place that contains a shotgun at the top. There are staircases connecting each floor as well as gravity lifts and MLG jumps... Woop! The map is not finished however, but it is up for testing. All I need to do is make sure there is enough cover as well as balance the weapons as the map is yet to be tested. Don't worry. The lighting didn't break. I don't know how I got away with such a large map XD (There is also no major frame rate issues.) Images:

  12. GT: IR3CON ST34LTH Map: The Chamber Gametype: DerZ Recommended party size: 10-14 Description: The chamber is a large greenhouse which got overrun by toxic fumes. The plants emit a strange scent which cause a strange disease to spread. Unable to deal with the threat, the researchers abandoned the greenhouse in hope to return one day and use for once more. They should not have come. You begin the game in a large round room. The infected have 4 ways to enter that room so you will want to get out of there as quickly as possible. You progress through the map using ordnance drops. Once you gain 30 points, you will be able to spawn grenades. You can use them to open the door (recommended) or use them against the infected. The second room is a long passage with a nice view of the waterfalls. Once again, there are a few ways the infected can enter and it's the same for the 3rd and the 4th room. The further up you progress, the better weapons you are able to receive. Keep in mind that you're not allowed to jump but the zombies are which means they can use passages which you cannot. The map is yet to be tested so for now, just enjoy the few images of the beta. Images:
  13. GT: IR3CON ST34LTH Map: Void Gametype: NecroFlood Preferable player count :12 Description: Void is a large infection map built on top of the grifball court. There are large containers and pipes which are built in structures of the map which I decided to use as the main aesthetic pieces. The humans spawn in the large room where most of the containers are located. The flood spawns where the outbreak begun. The pipes started to leak and humans started going berserk. There are several holdouts and small rooms you can decide to stay at. There are also some cool features that I decided to put on the map which I'll get to in a moment. Images: This pipeline is quite a dangerous area. I advise going 1 by 1 as if you make a wrong move and slip, you will die. This image shows a cool little trick where you exchange your grenade for a sniper rifle. As you throw the grenade, a coil will explode allowing the crate to drop and make way to get the weapon. You can choose to spawn a grenade and use it on the door, but then you have no grenades left so it is your choice on what to do with it. The following 2 images show the process. This place is something I found pretty interesting. The plants allow you to go inside them and hide in the leaves which I found very useful for infection games. Of course if you're reading this, you now know that secret hideout and you can use it in custom lobbies if you decide to playtest this map This place is a broken lift. Pieces and junk are scattered around in a way where you can make your way up. There is a light rifle right at the top; however there is a teleporter the infected can use that brings you right to the top and allows you to drop down. This is simply to prevent people from camping this place out with shotguns.
  14. You have my dear appreciation for taking your time writing this out I took some of the points into consideration and applied various changes to the map. The sniper rifle is now located in a small tunnel that connect the 2 rooms which used to have 1 entrance. I also want to playtest the map first before I do anything to the spawns and as for the aesthetic feel of the map, I started removing and placing more objects in a different way. The ramps also have a 15* incline in order to get rid of all the bumpy-ness of the map. I hope this will encourage vehicle use a bit more, but at the same time I don't want them to dominate the map which is why the turns are tight. The zip line stays! ;A; ... XD
  15. GT: IR3CON ST34LTH Map: Slums Recommended party size: 12 Description: Slums is a middle sized map that works with every gametype except griffball and extraction. The whole map takes place on a hill which is where the name slums comes from. The teams will initially spawn at either sides of the middle of the map. Having height advantage isn't as much of an advantage as you may think. There are corridors and shortcuts that allow you to quickly move around the map. There are 2 warthogs and 4 mongooses for fast travel. Also a zipline is present on the map and that will take you from the very top of the slum, to the bottom. I recommend playing infection with my Custom Gametype - NecroFlood... or try it out with CTF or infinity slayer. CGT KOTH: Jugg Images:
  16. GT: IR3CON ST34LTH Gametype: NecroFlood Recommended party size: 12 Description: Kew Gardens is a medium sized infection/ competitive map which focuses around glass houses and small gardens. The map is mainly flat, but there are some lower and higher grounds when you enter the houses. Some flowers were added to the map for aesthetics as well as some vehicles. 2 Warthogs and 4 mongooses. During infection, the humans will want to gather weapons and ammo and settle a holdout within one of the rooms. Each contains at least 2 ways to enter. There is also a pipeline above the map to help infected get around the map unseen. Trying to hold out in there is not advisable. Images:
  17. Ah thank you for taking your time to write all this up The crate, yes I allowed people to climb on it on purpose. I knew it was going to be a rather campy spot, so i went back over the map after the custom game. I gave more cover for the infected when they want to get closer to the crate. I do agree that the layout and using the lifts is quite a simple design, but due to using that tower, it's difficult to cme up with a plan right away. I will definetly go over it again and create some better experience while playtesting it the second time

The survivors spawn at the bottom room of the map and will want to make their way higher up to where the safer areas are.   23. Made by IR3CON ST34LTH Map name: Slender Forest Gametype: Slender Player count - 14-16 Description We all saw Slender maps and they always end up being tiny and very close quarters. The difference in my map is that it is based off the actual game which means it contains the structures and places from the game itself. The pages were replaced with Promethean vision and just as in the game, there are 8 of them which creates competition between the players. It is a valuable resource since the SlenderMan is invisible and can easily take you by surprise. You cannot jump and have speed reduction to make the gametype more balanced.   24. Made by: IR3CON ST34LTH Map Name: Llama Rush Gametype: Llama Evasion Description: Llama Rush is an Extraction gametype customised into a small feel of invasion. There are 5 bases to capture and they spawn 1 after another as they get captured or defended. The team requires 3 points to win which means that the attackers and defenders need 3/5 bases secured to win.The 1st base comes with an advantage to the attackers. It's close combat and very fast paced. The 2nd base is at the centre. Both teams have equal chances in securing this base. The 3rd base will spawn underneath the 2nd base. As the 2nd base is captured, a new entrance downstairs will spawn for the teams giving them way to the 3rd base. The 4th base is the Llama robot. Closest to the defenders base. Easy to defend and gives the attackers a challenge The 5th base is at the same spot of the 2nd base. The teams once again have equal chances to capture it in case the score comes to be 2-2. The map contains teleporters that allow the teams to move further up the battlefield to have easier access to defending and attacking the objective.
