i feel there's so much evidence to do with rampancy and metastability, that it wouldn't be hard to write Cortana back into the game, it's just up to them if a part of her survived the nuke or was left with librarian etc. all depends on what turn they will take the story, also with the trailer to epsiode 2 of spartans ops showing a increase in that story its possible more question maybe answered either way all we can do is wait. i think she'll be back or they wouldn't of left her death so open

You have an interesting theory, if i might add, it seems to be suggested that Cortana reached metastability at the end of the game, when she was able to touch the chief
