    SWAT

I hate SWAT because of the DMR's. Its been BR skill that carried SWAT thus far. Now the DMR can wreck a BR without the BR user having a chance in SWAT. It should be BR's only in SWAT. The DMR's are ruining the fun in multiplayer. If this problem doesn't clear up, or atleast look to be clearing up in a week or two, i'll be saying goodbye to Halo 4. And I have NEVER bought a Halo game and regretted it. (I own all Halo's to this point, even Halo 2 for Vista, and the entire Halo book series. Lol. Im sort of a Halo fan boy.) But the DMR is such an annoyance. Vote BR for SWAT, 2012!
  2. The DMR is OP. The BR has nothing on it. I still use my BR though. She's my baby. Shes got me through Halo 2 and 3. God forsake Reach and the DMR. The BR is my baby, and I love her true. And if she goes, than I do too. I will stop playing, and sale Halo 4 before I give in and use the DMR over the BR.
  3. Yeah.It honestly is very frustrating. The BR can barely compare, and its the only starting rifle that even has a chance at comparing. Since posting this early this morning, I decided the DMR would be fine... If it had the same reticule bloom as seen in Halo: Reach. That would force players to pace their shots, or risk only landing a couple at distances. Sound fair enough? Yeah, it is a bit different. But I don't mind it. My BR still holds true (Aside from fighting a DMR) so I don't really care what she sounds like. Haha.
  4. Usually because my suckish teammates are too busy taking the snipers, rockets, and lasers and delivering them to the enemy, so spawning back in becomes a chore, because its near insta-death -.-
  5. Here are a few things I have noticed, being a long time Halo player and fan. I will list them in order of importance. 1; being the most important. 5; being the least. 1.) The matchmaking is mediocre. There is nothing more frustrating than "lone wolfing" into a match, and getting placed with three clones of Helen Keller. I know the lack of skill of players cannot be controlled by 343, but placing me on a team of goat farmers, while putting me against a team of Terminators should be fixable. Is 343 implementing the "No Player Left Behind" system? Where a decent player is placed with worse players, so the bad players have a fighting chance? If so, I won't step back into MM without a full team. (And I almost ALWAYS seem to join,mid-match, on the losing team. Never fails. I can't pick up 20 kills in five minutes. Jeeze.) 2.) The Ghost is ridiculous. I have never had a problem with the ghost until this game. It can be going slower than a Spartan sprints, bump into you, and kill you. By these standards, the Ghost should either be nerfed, or I should be able to kill people by running into them. 3.) Exile. This map has one unbalanced feature brought to my knowledge. Red team has a Gauss Warthog... And blue team doesn't. Wut. The Gauss Hog is stupid powerful. The blue team has nothing to compete with a Binary Rifle on wheels. 4.) The DMR and Carbine. The DMR is crazy powerful. It may take five shots to kill, same as the Battle Rifle, but it has no recoil. None. Nada. It has a 4x zoom scope, no recoil, and has no spread. I don't care what the crosshair says. No spread. It should be nerfed to a six shot kill. Five to drop shields, one to kill. Now the Carbine, is underpowered. It takes eight shots to kill, which puts it below par with the other precision rifles. It may shoot slightly faster, but I tested it against the BR and the DMR, and it comes up short, even when it gets the first shot. It should be buffed to be a seven shot kill. Six to drop shields, one to kill. 5.) Beat downs. The beat down system is rubbish in this game. You melee faster than any other Halo, and have no range. This doesn't seem like a problem, until you have experienced it. You BR a enemy four times. Have to reload. Hes still shooting you. Your shields drop. You know the melee distance from other Halo games. You get in that distance. POP! You miss. He takes this opportunity to melee you. Frustration. This isn't a major issue, but it is just annoying. I can adapt overtime. These are the only pressing issues I have right now. Aside from these few issues, the only one I actually care about is issue number one. It is the only game-breaker for me. I LOVE the graphics, the sounds, the feel, and even the Ordnance Drops and the Loadouts. This, coming from a veteran Halo player. I have many hours invested in Halo CE, Halo 3, and Halo Reach. Didn't really care much Halo 2 or Reach. I have loved my Halo 4 experience thus far. I just hope the Match Making gets better so I can keep enjoying it. Well, I suppose I'll leave this post at this. I'm going to go subdue myself to more solo Matchmaking and probably smoke a pack of cigarettes out of frustration. Much luck on the battlefield, comrades.
  6. I agree with the first two points. I think they implied the same matchmaking system most Call of Duties have; place a decent player with bad players, in hopes the good player can help the bad players. And I ALWAYS get on the losing team, and get wrecked. And I consider myself a strong player. 1091 kills, 502 deaths, and 294 assists. 2.17 K/D spread. I'm not an extraordinary player, but I like to think I am above most... Especially the people I get paired with. It is so frustrating jumping into a match and being the only player on your team to go positive, and then having to take a lose. It always happens when I play solo. I got a team of friends together earlier for an hour or so, and we didn't lose a single match. They had to go, and I just started losing every match. I'm glad I am not the only one who is getting unfairly paired up in MM.
