With the previous slip on Origin, an alpha before, and multiple hints from Respawn Entertainment, a Titanfall beta is likely in the works by now. Xboxygen was sent the photo below from a Micromania store in France. It stated in French that a Titanfall beta will be beginning on February 14th and will run for 5 days, up until the 19th. It says that it will be possible to enter from Micromania stores in France, and Gamestop stores elsewhere. Respawn has not officially confirmed or denied the beta possibility, but adding fuel to the fire, they posted on Twitter with "Yes, we will have an announcement soon. I'm sure no one can guess what it will be... #supersecret". This seems like an absolute yes to the beta, though other announcements are a possibility.
