Beginning today, May 29, Amazon Prime users will be able to stream over 17,000 videos instantly. Prime and regular Amazon users will be able to purchase from a library of 12,000 movies and TV episodes. The Xbox 360 version of the Amazon app does have Kinect funtionality. Yes, you'll be able to yell commands like "Xbox Play" and "Xbox Stop" at your TV. The Amazon app is only available for Xbox Live Gold accounts. For more information, check outAmazon.
