343iBot
Spider-Man: Miles Morales for PC now has a release date: November 18. The game was developed by Nixxes Software, which is owned by Sony, and the developer shared a number of new details on the title via the PlayStation Blog about system requirements and more.Miles Morales for PC has new ray-traced shadows for outdoor light from the sun and moon, which Nixxes says should help make the game's version of New York look even more lifelike. The game also supports ultra-wide monitors and aspect ratios of 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9 (for triple-monitor setups). What's more, the title uses upscaling technologies including Nvidia DLSS 3 (which requires a new GPU) to achieve higher and smoother frame rates. DLSS 2, DLAA, and Nvidia Reflex are supported as well. For graphics, players can customize things like texture quality, level of detail, crowd/traffic density, and field of view, among other things. Miles Morales will look and perform the best if you have a beefy rig, but Sony said the developers have tried to ensure the game can scale well to less powerful machines. The Minimum and Recommend requirements are listed below, as compiled by PlayStation, along with details for Very High, Amazing Ray Tracing, and Ultimate Ray Tracing.Spider-Man: Miles Morales System RequirementsMinimumRecommendedVery HighAmazing Ray TracingUltimate Ray TracingAverage Performance720 @ 30 FPS1080p @ 60 FPS4K @ 60 FPS1440p @ 60 FPS (4K @ 30 FPS)4K @ 60 FPSGraphic PresetsVery Low1080p @ 60 FPSMediumVery HighHigh Ray Tracing HighHigh Ray Tracing Very HighGPUNVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 or AMD equivalentNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GBor AMD Radeon RX 580NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XTNVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6900 XTNVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080or AMD Radeon RX 6950 XTCPUIntel Core i3-4160 or AMD equivalentIntel Core i5-4670or AMD Ryzen 5 1600Intel Core i5-11400 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600Intel Core i5-11600Kor AMD Ryzen 7 3700XIntel Core i7-12700Kor AMD Ryzen 9 5900XRAM8 GB16 GB16 GB16 GB32 GBOSWindows 10 64-bitWindows 10 64-bitWindows 10 64-bitWindows 10 64-bitWindows 10 64-bitStorage75 GB HDD75 GB SSD75 GB SSD75 GB SSD75 GB SSDMiles Morales supports keyboard and mouse as well as a DualSense controller via a wired USB connection.
