It makes the game so much better, even though there are games when people try and get you to team-kill them by stripping your shields in hopes that you will kill them. I think 343i should probably find a way to try and allow people to boot other people for constant friendly fire. Also, if you were referring to the "banning system" (after quiting/being booted, from a lot of games, you were no longer allowed to play Reach online for 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, etc..) Then I am not quite sure, for one it is good for people that want to play the game with team mates that will stick through the whole game. On the other hand, people that had un-reliable internet connections were getting frustrated because they would disconnect and then be banned.
