I get a constant message, both at the home screen and in game, that says "retrieving data". Does anyone have a similar issue or know what the issue may be? Joshua Allen Welch Posted February 10, 2016 Report Share Posted February 10, 2016 This has been the issue for about a week now for me. and I tried deleting the game and re-downloading it i tried deleting my account and re-downloading it I reset my router settings power cycled my XBOX ONE. All that is left for me to try is another Network all together. I am pissed about this and it blows my mind that 343i doesn't have a help line and doesn't respond to its own forums Help requests.
