When I opened the packaging I noticed that the head of the right statue (not Master Chief, his head is on tight) was not on the statue itself. Instead it was floating in the packaging. I wanted to know if this was a defect or if the product was meant to be like this. I called Xbox support and was told to come here as 343i has no contact phone number. Connor Kenway Posted October 21, 2015 Report Share Posted October 21, 2015 (edited) Hey, it isn't a defect as Locke can be both Helmeted and Helmetless thats why he comes headless so don't panic everything is fine. here's proof of the Alt head which is in a compartment on the base of the statue.
