BTB is also a playlist that takes somewhat longer. Regions that have been having problems from launch untill now are Australia and east Asia. Having a poor connection yourself in other regions might also be causing problems. In any case xbox.com/servicealerts should redirect you to a page listing any problems with their services, if there are any, for your location. When I go to find game, it just only show me "downloading latest dat" message and I waiting for 2 days...
