My Halo Achievements are Glitched and Unobtainable

My friend recovered my account and got me the 4 player achievement because I didn't have enough controllers to do it.  Now however I cannot get any achievements anymore.  My progress is frozen and it's impossible to get anything.  Is 343 coming out with a patch for this or is there anything I can do?

There will most likely be an update that will fix this. If after a while there is no difference, attempt to contact Microsoft to see if they can fix your achievement progression.
