I am sorry to break this to you, but we are not the official 343 Industries, see under the logo on the top of our page it reads "Community Forums." They can be found at http://halo.xbox.com However, I do think you should stay around on these forums and attend our Community Events and make some new friends to enhance your Halo experience.
