Why did you de-rank me 9 levels after I lagged out of a game?

Not only does it take HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS to just get up a few levels because of how terrible the servers are (its takes on average about 30-45 minutes to get into one game) but then your crappy servers lag us out of the game, and you take off NINE LEVELS and drop me from a 14 to a 5?! 

 

Do you people understand that you're literally just taking time from peoples lives and throwing them out the window?? We paid good money for this game, and its broken beyond belief. I spent sooooo much time working on leveling up (sad that I'm complaining about a level 14, when I should be able to get to that in like 2 hours if the game worked) and I have literally about 24 hours worth of staring at lobbies, lagging out, uneven teams, frustration, broken lobbies, glitches and all the other BS. I play for hours at a time and spend maybe 20% of that time actually getting to play. And then you pull this garbage? 

 

I have 12 years tenor on my gamertag and have been playing Halo since CE. This is a slap in the face to a die-hard fan, and frankly I'm about set.

Hey mate just relax I'm sure the servers will be fixed soon. On an unrelated note this is only a fan forum. You're better off posting this on Halo Waypoint. I hope you don't stop playing Halo though

It's a bit of a pain now yes, but once the servers are running fine they'll reset all ranks anyway since some obtained higher ranks through boosting. Don't take the ranks seriously as of now.
