Why am I starting the campaign off on cairo station which they say on the home screen is level 3? Why cant I start off on level 1? The first 2 are blacked out. Please help The first two levels in Halo 2 are cutscenes. Thats weird that they would be blacked out but Cairo Station is technically the first level so don't worry! You're all good. Enjoy Halo 2.
