VinWarrior Posted September 22, 2014 Report Share Posted September 22, 2014 Halo is licensed to Microsoft, and in particular, Xbox, so while Microsoft realistically could put it on Windows, why would they? Their new Xbox One is being battered 3-1 by the PS4, they need these exclusives to stay exclusive unless they want people to migrate platforms.
