Okay slow your role buddy, First, We are not 343 Industries, just a community. Second I am pretty sure that will be fixed eventually, they wouldn't leave that unfixed (Halo 4 right?). Also It's just a handfull of people that do that so it can't be happening on a regular basis. Third, Please do not come plunging into a community yelling and complaining. You see, the ingame camera a person has is located roughly at the Neck level of their Spartan.
