The ability to play both as Master Chief and The Arbiter should've never been abandoned. Remember to like and subscribe for more Let's Play videos. This is my opinion: I think that is Awesome and Excellent Video that the player did for Halo 2 when the player is playing it. Also I think The Arbiter will be in Halo 5 somewhere hidden throughout the game as you progress, also maybe he will be a playable character again in Halo 5 if you beat the game on Legendary or with all skulls on if Halo 5 has skulls.
