Minor, Major, Ultra, Heavy, Zeolot, General, Field Marshall, Honor Guard, Honor Guard Ultra, Ranger, Spec Ops, Stealth, Shipmaster, Commander of the Covenant (Arbiter), Councilor.

Grunts:

Minor, Major, Ultra, Heavy, Zeolot, Honor Guard, Ranger, Spec Ops, Councilor, Shipmaster (Yeah the separatists care more about grunts).

Jackal:

Minor, Major, Ultra (Shielding),  Ranger, Spec Ops, Sniper, Shipmaster, Honor Guard.

Skirmisher:

Minor, Major, Ultra, Murmillo, Spec ops, Ranger, Stealth, Champion.

Drone:

Minor, Major, Ultra, Stealth, Ranger, Leader.

Hunter:

Blue, Gold.

Brute:

Minor, Major, Ultra, Captain, Captain Major, Captain Ultra, Chieftain, War Chieftain, Body Guard, Ranger, Jump Pack, Stalker.

Scarab:

Lekgolo, Ultra.

Huragok:

Minor, Major (Has a needler).

It seems odd that a rank like ranger, is considered higher than ranks like zealot and chieftain. Very.... Colorful..... Too

Huragok are/were peaceful. They DIDN'T WANT to kill things. So I can't see that. BEst keep them as they are. 

 

Those colours messed up my colour blindness...

Also, Grunts would NEVER and I repeat this NEVER be Shipmaster or Councilor. Even the Separatists wouldn't do that.
