It fired on new phoneix and absorbed humans for weapons. Hence the memories in spartan ops of a human in new phoneix/scientist that was put into a composer machine when they retrieved a promethian knights soul. -Dr Hasley is headed toward the path of promethians because she was trying to enslave humans with the spartans for any resistance. She is killing the morals of the people the same way the composer made the humans extremely aggressive as knights. Hasley also has a transmission talking about cortona where cortona is human+ai together and has surpassed regular ai rampancy. (mission-crash landing into requiem) -Flood aren't dead- A gravemind is just a composition of 10,000 bodies. Chief killed the milky way galaxy gravemind. The forerunners planted the halos and they were fired but they only killed flood within galaxy. Flood came from outside the galaxy and controlling the mantle is to be strong enough to keep the infection free from the galaxy and combat it whenever it comes back. The flood have come back and are still in remote locations and can compose a gravemind even if the original is dead. There are other proto graveminds -Arbiter will be coming back most likely to help the chief and fight maybe even with the diadect as all three against the flood -The covenant in halo 4 were looking for the diadect and other forerunners as well as librarian to find weapons beyond what they have all made. They are trying to ascend to control the universe. They view the diadect as a god. -Chief-maybe he'll fight or go crazy. The reclamation they said is just beggining. The diadect might be inside of the chief's mind as a memory that speaks to him. The diadect might also be recomposed somewhere else seeing as the humans from new phoneix were turned into knights somewhere else. -Forerunners- In the ai terminal, the librarian states only the diadect is the last thing alive in the galaxy. She has the DNA to everything else sprouting up all over the universe, however, more forerunners seems unlikely because they would have to rerise like humans and the covenant which doesn't seem likely because they were inhabiting requiem and all passed away. -Librarian- I don't know what she is exactly, She indexes everything and the forerunners were trying to stop the flood. This is also the reason for the cold storage map on halo 3 downloadable map. They were housing flood looking to try and cure it. ====================================================================================================================================================== this leads to what halo 5+6 will entail- your free to add suggestions Halo 5- Chief or infinity will set sail and scout more of the galaxy and halos. They will find more flood eventually and will be trying to understand promethians are humans coming to the realization from spartan ops. Diadects Sphinx will come in next addition of spartan ops or halo 5 campaign. There is a scarab forerunner like weapon in the trailers for next spartan ops series. These next halo games will entail the destruction of the forerunners, combining of the covenant and humans and maybe even the forerunner/diadect to fight the flood. They will discover other forerunner weapons and the flood will take over some of the forerunner weapons leading to a crazy destruction. There will be a new gravemind. Maybe guilty spark or the ai's will reappear and cause more chaos. The spartans will reach class 12 armor which is good enough to combat the flood leading to the end of the halo's trilogy. I could honestly see them developing another trilogy after halo 6 if they decide to either slow this storyline down and fight the flood in one and then the last covenant or sentinals in another. Play spartan ops a few times watch all the episodes and redo the campaign. This storyline all makes sense after you do it and then watch the terminals for the best understanding. The flood are definitley going to make a huge comeback which is what will set the alliances in the next halo's to have the humans become the mantlepiece. I can also bet money the arbiter will return and probably die heroicly seeing as all the halo characters have died in every game. This is true 2. Again, True 3. Not true at all. Halsey created the Spartan program to control human resistances. Terrorists. That's not enslaving mankind, she was protecting humanity. 4. Yes, the flood is a test to see whether a race is worthy of the mantle. 5. When the Flood returns, Chief, Arbiter, and the Didact will go against it, but the Didact will still be against Cief because he dispises humanity so much. 6. Yes, the Storm does view Forerunners as gods, and they are trying to control the galaxy, as proven in the 4th spartan ops episode. 7. When the Didact was saying that speech in the epilogue, it was before the Halo rings were fired and when he was in trial in front of the forerunners for his actions. I do agree he was in Chiefs mind in the game, but he wasnt speaking to him at that moment. And the Didact can't be composed, which we hear in one of the terminals. 8. True 9. She was in charge of preserving life in the galaxy and keeping peace, so she was responsible for indexing all the species. This seems like a really rough guess. You don't have enough info to make these assertions. At least wait till spartan oos is over until you say things like "there is a Scarborough forerunner weapon". Chakas is the monitor in Primordium, and 343 was made from him. This is proven by the fact Chakas says "I see one of me has already given you trouble.". And Chakas never calls himself 343.
