Everything gets translated. Not like the game which leaves a bunch of nouns in English. Edit- i guess Maestre Jefe would be a better translatrion of the words (Master Chief) but there is no such rank in the Spanish-speaking Navies i searched. I found Suboficial Jefe from Colombia and Maestre de Tercera from Venezuela, which sounds more like Chief Petty Officer Third Class, as some equivelants.
