IGN finally gave Halo 4 a rating and it is good! IGN gave Halo 4 a 9.8 out of 10! My opinion was that is really good but it should be a 10 out of 10. Well does Halo 4's 9.8 beat Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's rating?

They gave both games the scores they thought they deserved, and if they think Halo 4 is better than Black Ops 2, then that's reflected in the score.
