It also confirms that the ONI makes clones of the abducted children to keep parents and friends in the dark. But if the ONI can clone people why can't they train the clones to be Spartans? Spartan 3s were orphans who wanted to give up their lives destroying the Covenant because more often than not the Covenant were the ones that made them Orphans. The Spartan 4s are soldiers that volunteered to become Spartans, hence why they are about half the size of Master Chief. Sikslik7 Posted November 13, 2012 Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Because ONI can't slow the clone's growth,so their time of use is minimal (like 2 years max) and that the clones would be stupid because of minimal experience and brain development, and they would be prone to diseases. Because if so I didn't know that and that makes sense. Otherwise I think the clones are clones and would have the same experiences and memory as those they are cloned from.
