I'm having trouble unlocking the PC nameplate for Reach. I entered my product key and it was working but later it was locked again and my code doesn't work anymore, so can 343 help with this, because Bungie isn't answering my messages. Ask 343 about the problem since they have Halo now or try again with your nameplate. It was a legit code that I found on the back of my CD case. It was working for a while, but re-locked within the hour. I activated it on the day that servers were transferred to 343 from Bungie (and everyone was a Recruit), so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.
