No Weapon Spawns in Flood mode?

I am making a game with flood mode and wanted to put a rocket launcher at the 90sec mark but it work spawn. I have tried everything to make it spawn. I thought i was doing something wrong but i have come to it that it is just not possible. Am I wrong? Someone please help me.

1 is the weapon labled infection?

 

2. Try updating the gametype, sometimes the gametype doesn't spawn weapons.

I don't set it on specific game type and i set it while I am in flood forge mode, so I don't think that is it.

 

Then by updating, what do you mean?

weapons dont spawn on the map in flood and whats even better is its greyed out so that you can never change it back. So basically 343 **** slapped anyone who ever enjoyed making a decent infection map.
