I have not played in a while, but I know the game is not dead. I downloaded the update, but have not bought any map packs. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it? Thanks. Lazmarr Posted July 14, 2012 Report Share Posted July 14, 2012 Try resetting your router, if that does not work, try recovering your Xbox Live Gamertag, If this does not work, call Xbox Support, and they should be able to help. If they can't fix it call EA and demand your money back, however they will probably give you some DLC to a game you don't even own, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 13?, instead.
