Highland Highland is a competitive map made for extraction, KOTH, flood,infinity slayer, and Oddball (it is also a ton of fun on team snipers) it offers a unique experience compared to other maps when dealing with height advantage and vehicle circuits. The map has plenty of room yet you can travel across the map in a limited amount of time thanks to the square design and different layers of the map. I showed this map to Mr. Pokephile and he liked it enough to feature it. Hope you enjoy thejchip
  2. Trilogy lll This is a competitive and invasion map designed for one sided defense as in one flag ctf developement: When I first started making the I was inspired by the new halo 4 map soltice. I was luck in that this map was incredibly balanced from the very start which almost never happens with brand new maps. The first game I hosted with this map it was spot on completly balanced. The map is so balanced that even thought that it is completly unsymmetric it works perfect with even a slayer map. (note this map had no frame rate drop which was extremely wierd considering there was two lights and two big glass pieces) The blue team was offered One sniper, one ghost, and a Plasma laucher (along with a semi neutral Grenade launcher that spawns slightly closer to them) The red team has a sniper, overshield, and a couple shade turrets. (intresting note the Red snipe is used to half the effectiveness that the blue snipe is used) As this is a competitive section and not a invasion section I will focus more on one flag CTF. But because it is more small scale it seems almost like a progressive territories map with a little Ctf. The map was a total riot on invasion and the party liked it a lot more than one flag ctf. But it is still really fun in CTF. There are Four ways to pull the flag from the base. You can take it through bottom mid, top mid, or orange or red flanks. With my maps I typically like to change the settings just slightly to make more like H3. I give the weapons 110% damage which really only makes fully auto weapons better. along with 110% speed and 125% jump. And it is a great map to die on since it is compatible with everything besides territories, race, and insane I hope to replicate the map again in H4 using dominion and territories along with the classic one flag CTF with the flagnum Thanks again thejchip

Hydro Canals Hydro Canals is a 4v4 or 5v5 map that is compatible with CTF, Koth, and Slayer it works the best with MLG settings the map is a two staged map with water canals around the outer edge of the map The map features a great selection of weapons and areas to fight in map link ( http://halo.xbox.com/en-us/haloreach/thejchip/fileshare#!/?section=MapVariants&MapId=&GameMode=0&SearchDate=7&SortBy=2&view-select=Tile&tags=&startIndex=0&details=30950638) Each side starts with a sniper with a neutral custom powerup and energy sword that spawns in after 3 mins now for the pictures

  5. Cryptum Cryptum is a BTB map set in hemmorrage canyon. The story behind the map is that there is an abandoned UNSC base in between two forerunner structures. The concept of the map was to have a map where all the neutral weapons were UNSC and the base weapons were Covenant. It created intresting gameplay that is not normally seen. The Map is compatible with CTF, Assualt, and slayer with CTF being my most recomended I have a few gametype variants that i think work better than the standard CTF, Assualt, and Slayer The map was started by CHUGGALUG25 and max DESTUCTO and finished and improved by thejchip CHUGGALUG25 made the red base max DESTUCTO made the blue base and I made everthing in between and balanced the map. The map is balanced and fair and has a perfect community of weapons vehicles and positions. The weapon selections are the following: Neutral rocket launcher x2 rocket hog grenade lancher x2 armor lock x2 Falcon (spawns 3 min into the game) Each base has these weapons: Energy sword Concussion rifle plasma pistol x2 focus rifle Ghost x2 Revenant x2 Wraith Banshee Mongoose x2 Plasma Launcher Sniper Rifle (semi neutral) Map Variant ( http://halo.xbox.com...etails=30774442) recomended assault gametype ( http://halo.xbox.com...etails=30774470) Recomended CTF gametype ( http://halo.xbox.com...etails=30774471) Recomended Slayer Gametype ( http://halo.xbox.com...etails=30774472) Blue Base Red Base Neutral Bases

Tube Tube is a mini game were the players have 300% speed, infinite evade 10% damage resistence, no shields and 300% damage modifier Every player has a needler and a needle rifle the gameplay is where you evade around a big O extremly fast and shoot each other with your weapons.
