      As Church said, it's the Prophet's Bane, I think the sword that the Arbiter killed The Prophet of Truth with, and it gives you special abilities.

      It is indeed that sword according to Waypoint. Seems like after that day, he held on to that same sword and decided to honor it with several upgrades.
