No disc is clean. Ima need you all to fix this game

Every time I get out of a game I get frozen at next screen. I don't even get to see post carnage stats. I know there's lots of issues with multiplayer right now but I don't know if you all know of this problem yet. So please take a look into it for me. Also anyone else having same problem comment here.
