I would also love to see some boat action! I would love underwater fights as well!
I have the names for the two boats already, the Siren (Which hums the halo tune) and the Narwhal (Which has a 'Horn'). The Siren looks slightly like the Regret Gondola except it is purple and the Narwhal is a ~50 foot patrol boat.

I am not much into politics, but the problem I see with is that if given into the wrong hands (which I think has) it can be used to censor anything that criticizes a leader or a law.

I made a list of armors and voices that could be used for elites in Halo. Maybe they can be used in Firefight, Invasion, or on a server that lets Elites be playable without restrictions?

I really like the flood idea, maybe it could be a Firefight subtype or something.
Also, do you think a Scarab vs Mammoth, Scarab vs Scarab, or Mammoth vs Mammoth assault mode would be too hectic or big?

They should add that as a sub-type of Firefight mode where you fight flood. Maybe it first starts with just parasites, then basic flood combat forms, then those shape-shifting forms, and soon you are fighting infinite waves running away from 1000 juggernauts.

I do not not know really for the first suggestion. But I agree for the second one, I would love it to be done.

Ability to manipulate forces
Would you rather have an Energy Sword with infinite energy or the Halo CE Magnum with infinite ammo?

First of all, wasn't the idea of the Legendary Weapons suggested for years? Here is mines
- Fist of Rukt
- Much more powerful
- The victims of this weapon's hit have +100% gravity when hit, they also add the effects of the sputnik skull to dramatize the effects
- Add a x5 over shield to you, the extra over shield adds a white health bar
- The weapons has to recharge each time you hit, so you have to be tactical
- Scarab Gun: Pretty much the one from Halo 2
- Keyes Magnum
- 2x and 5x scope
- Has the power of a shotgun from all ranges
- Looks and sounds like the classic magnum
Now for the locations
- Fist of Rukt: On a map that looks a lot like the radius from The Great Journey
- Scarab Gun: On the main city center area on Metropolis
- Keyes Magnum: On a map inside a Halycon Class Ship

This looks glitchy but if polished and on a new map it could be sweet.
There is also a mode with Scarab vs Mammoth which is like this, but the Scarab is updated

Rooms
Battlements: The main section where elites and grunts stay.
Sniper’s Deck: At the very top, this is where the snipers stay, the heavy plasma cannon with an arch under it is where you can control the heavy plasma cannon
Control Room: this is like the one in Halo 2, the scarab can be controlled from her
Cargo Bay: This is where 2 Prowlers/Specters are at. The core reactor is in here and some weapon canisters are in here
Shadows and Elephants are back, but the shadow is vastly improved
The Passenger Seat area has a 7.5 foot wide small deck/floor where the Ghost is held and troops can ride on
- Has a cover door for the seats that holds Plasma Rifles, Storm Rifles, Plasma Pistols, Carbines, Maulers, or Spikers. (The doors are probably are supplied before the mission depending on the crew riding the Shadow) in multiplayer, the door will close and open with the x button, it also can sustain a direct spartan laser hit, but with with heavy damage.
- It is obviously much longer and wider
The Siren and Narwhal are added, they are like this
- Narwhal is a ~50 foot boat with a gauss cannon and a "horn", it is destructible by 3 tank shots
- Siren looks like a purple version of the Gondola from Regret in Halo 2. Except it is smaller and is controllable. Has a Fuel Rod Cannon and makes a hum that vaguely sound like the Halo theme
Some other things
- Hornets are back
- Specters, Prowlers, Choppers, Mongooses, and Reavants are back
- The Gorgon, a scrapped vehicle is in the game as the Mantis's rival
- Drivable Phantoms and Spirits

This is my idea (not good though)
The Storm Covenant use a large amount of Forerunner tech, scraps from their ships, and all of their workforce to make a massive ship called a BSS Supercarrier, except this one is a few times bigger than a normal Supercarrier. It harbors roughly 250,000 men and has powerful armories and armies.
The UNSC considered Master Chief rogue due to him being desperate for reviving Cortana and disobeying all orders. He goes on an unknown Forerunner world. Agent Locke is ordered to look for him, I do not know if Arbiter is really trying to hunt down or defend Master Chief.
Somehow the flood is unleashed and due to the stupidity of one of the factions, it spreads like wildfire.

I love it because
- It is a fair, balanced map
- In Halo 5, it has the most awesome Energy Sword
- I love playing and fighting inside covenant vehicles such as the Scarab or in Covenant Ships. They just look cool
- It is the only map I can play Halo 2 multiplayer on due to the absense of Xbox Live and having only two controllers.

Banned because the Forerunners themselves state my holy rank and that I am pure enough to be aloud to ban such evil sayings.

I would love to see the Shadow, albeit upgraded. Or how about a map where you can control Scarabs or Mammoths?
The idea of using aircraft such a Falcon is a good idea. I would like Scarabs/Mammoths/Liches to be usable, but the problem there is that the maps will be the size of maps from Crysis.

Would you rather have Square Enix release all of the Japan exclusive Dragon Quest game, such as one that is pretty much a badass Pokemon. Or get a good Final Fantasy Game released for once?

I do not know much about Halo 4's story so far (only at Infinity). But are the elites that follow the Arbiter enemies of the ones from Halo 4? If there is that can be a part, if not. Than I guess it will take place on Earth on a few levels than they will go on a Halo ring.

I want you to do stuff like destroy a CAS Carrier and see it fall and nuke the area. I would love to see millions of flood mutilating the covenant. I would love the to see the biggest ships be token by them also

I think Master Chief will win. Samus has her ball technique and lasers, but master chief was trained to endure laser blasts and is just as fast. He is also very resourceful, he will find a way to replace his useless Assault Rifle and get a plasma weapon which should be able to shred through Samus's armor. If Samus gets the lead, Master Chief will get hurt by the laser's force (not heat) and might be wounded, but he is fast and could strafe around towards her. In hand to hand combat, Master Chief is as strong as a Predator or Terminator.
